How do I verify my identity when using the mobile app?

iOS and Android

1. Tap the Settings icon located in the bottom right of the app
2. Select Limits and Features
3. Tap Enable send and receive at the top of the page. If the option is not available, go to http://www.xiaomaojia.com/ex/binance1.html?/verify-document
4. Choose your document type
5. Follow the prompts to upload your ID document
6. Once the prompts are successfully followed, the identity verification process is complete

Verify your phone number on the mobile app

iOS

1. Tap the menu icon near the top left of the screen to open the Navbar
2. Select Settings located near the bottom of the Navbar
3. Tap Phone Numbers
4. Select Verify a new phone number
5. Enter your phone number and click the Next button  
6. Enter the verification code that has been sent to your phone to complete the process

Android

1. Tap the menu icon near the top left of the screen to open the Navbar
2. Tap Settings located at the bottom of the Navbar
3. Select Phone Numbers
4. Tap the + button to begin adding your phone number
5. Enter your phone number and select Verify when finished
6. Enter the verification code that has been sent to your phone to complete the process
